Title: Ridiculous choke...

Whenever I'm around people in GG I'm looking at a 50 choke and I have roadrunner (cable) intar-web service. Pink lives in the same house as I do and his isn't nearly so bad, but he has a way more kickass computer. I was just wondering if anybody knew what would cause/ cure such awful choke.

ajust your rates.  most people use 25000 rate; 101 cmdrate; 101 updaterate.
i find those rates give me alot of choke.  i use anything from rate 25000; cmdrate 60-40; updaterate 60-40.
