Title: Windows Vista Ultimate
Post by: Lonestar on November 30, 2006, 02:07:38 PM
So I know a month and half back I showed you how you could make your PC LOOK like Windows Vista...

I've upped myself

I am currently running a fully functional, stable Windows Vista Ultimate Edition. It is the final build of Vista that got sent out to all the PC manufacturers to pre-load on machines to sell to consumers.

I'm going to be honest about it.

It is a lot cooler than XP
It is a lot more secure than XP.
There are many features that should have been included in XP (MeetingSpace, Live, Defender, integrated Media Center, DVD maker, etc.)
The new Windows Aero GUI had been so far pretty nice.
Gadgets right now are pretty nifty, although obviously theres not as much to offer yet..
There are some bugs...

I've gotten a few errors trying to run programs that aren't explicitly written for Vista (expected)

Media Center has this crazy glitch where sometimes it flashes/blinks and just about gives you a seizure..

One thing that pisses me off is how so far I have found no way to assign key commands or mouse gestures...

And last but not least

If Apple doesn't sue Microsoft for all they're worth I would be surprised...

Hello!

The furniture art long time develops under influence European, mainly of Dutch  baby furniture italian  (http://hometown.aol.com/smulukis/baby-furniture-italian.html). Top the style not soon managed to supersede the Gothic forms. Only rene the style develops during government the queen King (1558-1603), but the most perfect  classic furniture italian  (http://hometown.aol.com/smulukis/classic-furniture-italian.html)s of joiner's art at this time were is thin wooden panels, with which sheathed walls in locks of the English feudal lords. Furniture executed in an oak, for the present bulky. The following period of the English Revival covers almost all XVII in. In the furniture forms influence of the Italian  furniture italian sofa  (http://hometown.aol.com/smulukis/furniture-italian-sofa.html) at first is  company furniture italian  (http://hometown.aol.com/smulukis/company-furniture-italian.html), later at the English court

The time of extremes, fortunately, has passed. On change to featureless Soviet studies and shouting interiors  modular office furniture  (http://hometown.aol.com/buyfurniturehere/modular-office-furniture.html) there came office decisions combining in  contemporary office furniture  (http://hometown.aol.com/buyfurniturehere/contemporary-office-furniture.html) , comfort and original design, - perhaps, most "«fashionable" qualities of  discount office furniture  (http://hometown.aol.com/buyfurniturehere/discount-office-furniture.html). The change of our attitude(relation) to « to a furniture question » is connected to  executive office furniture  (http://hometown.aol.com/buyfurniturehere/executive-office-furniture.html) of market economy and  office furniture  (http://hometown.aol.com/buyfurniturehere/office-furniture.html) of the civilized forms of business dealing. The experience of western companies already for a long time has proved, that the furniture decision -
is not simple a  home office furniture  (http://hometown.aol.com/buyfurniturehere/home-office-furniture.html) for achievement of the purposes, and an opportunity to make business more successfully. « Our researches have shown  office furniture  (http://hometown.aol.com/buyfurniturehere/index.html): the employees of the companies not having convenient, ergonomic furniture, spend  used office furniture  (http://hometown.aol.com/buyfurniturehere/used-office-furniture.html) for searches of the documents on the average 6 weeks in one year of  modern office furniture  (http://hometown.aol.com/buyfurniturehere/modern-office-furniture.html). Can to itself present: within 6 weeks the company bears(carries) the rent, operational charges, pays money to the employees only, that they had an opportunity to find the necessary papers. It is obvious, that such approach is incredibly prodigal, - speaks  office fu

I will begin testing CSS today on my dx9 card (6800GT)

I don't have the $$ right now to go buy any other games, but if someone wants to hook me up I will test those as well
I'll also try to get them off bittorrent...
