Dell makes me so angry. At the beginning of the summer I had my motherboard replaced because it was crapping out. Ever since, my computer will overheat doing things that never gave it a problem. So, I finally get to calling to get my shit fixed (I run a Precision M70, available only through education/ employment connections) to kill two birds with one stone.

I also have one of the fire-starting batteries.

All right, that one is Sony's fault.

So the fellow working tech support asks me to check the BIOS version. I see right above BIOS that my system is that of a Latitude810.

           MOTHERFUCKERS!

That's why I go back to my old job to fix any Dell that my firends own because sending it back to Dell is always a ngihtmare.
