And what's the program that allows you to view demos outside of steam?

None that i know of....

 u can change ur demos into avi files using fraps and then divx encode them to make them smalle rbut im sure u already knew that.

www.videohelp.com is awesome, lots of free tools and guides to tell you how to do everything
