Q. What is beer pong vs. beirut?
A. At some schools, beer pong is a game played with paddles, and the object of the game is to use the paddles to knock a ping pong ball into your oponent's cup. Beirut probably evolved from this sense of beer pong, and it is the term that definitively describes the game in which the players attempt to throw a ping pong ball into an oponent's cup. At many locations, however, beer pong and beirutt are synonomous, as it is on this site. Wherever you see beer pong (or pong for short) thorughout .::BPONG.COM::., we are most often referring to the game in which the players actually throw the ball.

See my other post. They are different variations of the same concept which evolved from another distance cousin played with paddles. No table, plywood or doors are usually used since not too many people have pong tables but lots of college kids binge drink.
Like I said, me and hammer will have to school you on the art of shitloads of full smaller cups are harder to drink than 10 half full 16 oz.er's. Girls play along with beer pong. Girls never play even make it through a full round of beirut.
