Guys,

I love playing on your servers, actually everynight.......but one thing that pisses me off the most is TKers that come into the server late at night.
Now, I know you guys have to get your sleep, but you have all-time players that play on your servers late at night that just dont even come around
anymore cause of this problem. If I can get the Head owner of the clan to PM me, that would be great.

I take a hard line against both team attacking and tk'ers. I will only warn them once before I give them the boot. Im usually on late at night and I try to keep this under control as Im sure most admins do but we can't always be there and we cant always catch them in the act to justify the boot.We'll try to do all we can for you nate your a good regular and I enjoy playing with you so my suggestion to you is that you find someone in vent or mirc to deal with the problem if possiblewhen it happens.

I always liked when the admin mod took care of it.  I'm not sure if that's possible with mani or a policy that TE wants implement, but here is some of the handling of this issue I've seen in the past that I thought was fair:

- 3 team hits get's you slayed - if you think about it, you probably would get killed by your own soldiers if you hit them with strays three times on a mission!
- 3 team kills get's you banned for an hour; Punishment options show up for the first two kills before the ban.  A warning would show up each time warning about the ban.
