if youre under 25, you re required to take the test. it never mentions that. seconldly they probably have a judge on speed dial so that he can get a nice thingy called A WARRANT. they will get you to take a test. that cop is a moron. and florida must be the easiest drunk driving state EVER,

sometimes, not if a judge gives the cop verbal confirmation they might not have to wait any longer ?
