Several sites have tried to look for loop holes around vista's weird installation method.
And they have found one that is being reported on several sites after being tested.

Basically MS screwed themselves and wasted money with all their DRM, and acccidentally left a way
for the upgrade dvd to become a fully functional FULL VERSION OF VISTA. No previous versions
of windows are needed using this method. Act quick before they find a way to prevent this in the future.
