Land Analyst/Project Support
Description:
Entry Level position – • Researches, reviews and analyses right of way records • Performs courthouse research to identify property ownership, prepares and updates landowner database • Records and tracks permanent title documents • Tracks status of various tasks for multiple projects • Prepare documents required for acquisition of easements, fee title, state, county and local permits and other rights of way to permit the construction of specified facilities. • Maintains files of easements and other real estate documents. • Prepares completion reports and submits to documents and records team for permanent record retention. • Prepares tract files • Inputs right of way or real estate records information into file management system • Obtains and inputs environmental related data, inputs data into programs and tracks approval documentation • Provides technical input • Assists in establishing real estate values with regard to right of way or lands • Performs administrative or other duties as requested or assigned. • Researches crops, timber and other damage related values • Processes invoices and Service Authorizations • Assists in the preparation of and monitoring of budgets • Assists with Landowner Notifications
Required Skills:
Must work well with public and client. Solid computer knowledge and skills. Must be detailed oriented and organized. Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and project concurrently. Must have ability to travel overnight to perform support services.
