Title: Converting CSS Demos

I was wondering what program i should use convert the demos to avi or some other normal video file type and what the resolution to size ratios are for the programs because i am sure there is more then one.

you need a program called fraps. http://www.fraps.com

set it up, then while you play your demo, turn fraps on and it'll record everything into an uncompressed avi, which is huge. Just record the good parts. Then you'll need to either compress the avi with a 3rd party program or edit and compress it in a video editor like adobe premiere

Yeah, you should definitely use Fraps.
