Title: Test Server Up - Free For All Mod

Ok, Bailopan (author of cssdm) has updated the code and added the Free For All (FFA) otion.  As a test, I installed it at 66.29.112.104:27015.  This mod still takes a ton of resources and may therefore only be up for a short period of time (probably only until we install the new operating system).

OWNERS:  If this mod is causing other servers to have poorer performance, then we will take it down instantly.

were going from centos to freebsd
