Depending on maturity some younger members are let in. But recruitment time for members under 21 can be 3-4 months long at the longest. Also it would help your case if you visited the fourms more and got to know the members

All lax said is true. Recruitment can be long but if we see you have the commitment to stick it out those 3-4 months and stay active in the forums, vent and in game then your chances are good.

Err, sorry to say, I haven't played CSS in a while.  (Except I visited the TE GG server a month ago and played for a while XD)  It's scary to think their's another Highsight out there. XD
